Advisor Portal
Built for the professionals who guide families
A coaching surface that turns simulation insight into client action.
Why advisors bring Trust Sandbox to their clients
Families are expected to make trust decisions they don't fully understand — and those questions land on your desk. Trust Sandbox lets clients explore realistic scenarios, see the consequences of their choices, and arrive at your meetings already informed. It doesn't replace your advice; it makes every hour with you more valuable.
Save hours on every client
Clients arrive having already explored scenarios, funding gaps, and trustee readiness on their own. You spend meeting time on decisions and strategy — not re-explaining what a trust is, why funding matters, or what happens when someone passes away.
Educate without lecturing
Trust Sandbox turns complex trust and estate concepts into interactive simulations and plain-language lessons. Clients learn at their own pace, so the 'aha' moments happen before the appointment — and your guidance lands on ground that's already prepared.
Reach the whole family
Spouses, adult children, and successor trustees can each explore the same sandbox, see how decisions ripple across generations, and come to conversations with shared context — reducing conflict and second-guessing later.
Strengthen engagement and retention
Clients who understand their plan act on it: they fund assets, complete checklists, and return for reviews. A client who sees the value of planning is a client who stays — and refers.

How clients & advisors connect
Clients are always in control. Advisors only ever see what a client has explicitly shared.
- 1. Client invites
The client sends an invitation to the advisor's email from their "My Advisor" page.
- 2. Advisor accepts
The advisor signs in and accepts the invitation in their portal.
- 3. Client chooses what to share
The client picks which sections (assets, family, trust, simulations) the advisor can view. Access can be revoked any time.
Advisor approval process
Becoming an approved advisor takes three steps. We require verification so families can trust the network.
Submit your firm name, full name, license #, state, and a short bio. Takes about 2 minutes.
We verify your license against state registries (CFP, FINRA BrokerCheck, state Bar, or insurance commissioner) and confirm the firm domain matches your email.
Start using the portal right away — you get 7 days of provisional access while we review, and an email once you're fully approved.
Earn as an affiliate
Every approved advisor automatically qualifies for our affiliate program. Share your unique referral link with prospects — you earn a one-time $10 bonus for each individual or family who buys an annual or lifetime plan, and 20% of every payment a referred advisor makes during their first 12 months. Track clicks, signups, and attributed sales from the Affiliate dashboard.
