Privacy Policy

Without an account, everything you type stays in your own browser. With an account, your work is saved privately to your account so you can pick up where you left off. We never sell your information, and we never share your estate details with anyone unless you explicitly share them with an advisor you invite.

Account details: your email address, an optional display name, and the date you joined.

Your planning work: family members, assets, trust setup, simulation choices, assessment answers, Academy progress and Estate Access Packet notes — only when you are signed in.

Billing: plan, status, renewal date and payment records. Card numbers are handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store them.

Feedback: thumbs up/down and any comment you send, with the page it came from.

We do not ask for Social Security numbers. Fields that mention them are optional reminders for your own offline checklist, and we recommend leaving them blank.

Only you, and anyone you deliberately share with. If you invite an advisor, they see only the sections you choose, and you can revoke that access at any time. Our team can access account records only when needed to support you or to keep the service running.

You will always receive account emails such as password resets and receipts. Product update emails are optional — turn them off any time from your account page. We do not sell or rent email addresses.

We use Lovable Cloud for hosting, accounts and database storage, and Stripe for payments. Both process data on our behalf under their own security commitments.

Export: download a copy of everything tied to your account as a single file from the account page.

Delete: close your account from the account page. This permanently removes your saved planning data, profile and login. Billing records required for tax and accounting are retained by our payment processor.

Guest mode: if you never create an account, clearing your browser data removes everything.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access rules make each account's records readable only by that account. No system is perfect — please avoid entering account numbers, passwords or full Social Security numbers anywhere in the app.

Trust Sandbox is intended for adults 18 and older and is not directed at children.
